What is God really like? Jesus came to this world to reveal the character of God. He is the perfect expression of Him. Jesus said to Philip in John 14:9 "If you have seen me you have seen the Father."

In the first 4 books of the New Testament we are shown the first image of God and it is this picture that we will use to explain all the stories of the Bible that appear to give us a different picture.

The Duracell Tree of Satan is contrasted to God's kingdom, which operates by recognizing that we are always receiving life from God, which He loves to give us because He is our Father. Getting to understand how the kingdom of God operates was the great message to receive at these times. I got to understand that only by being a child of God, I am counted as a citizen of His kingdom - it is not something I need to earn. This is a blessing. All through my life I have struggled with issues dealing with self-worth and competitiveness, as I have always loved to be at the front line. Reading the book, I understood that God doesn’t require me to prove myself worthy - He loves me, and His love will give me worth. I also got to know that whenever I succeed in something, all the honors should go to Him; and also if I fail, I shouldn’t be discouraged. I must admit, the book is a blessing.

Cross Examined Review (When we suffer, He suffers)

Whenever I think of the torture, pain and death that Jesus had to endure, my sad realization of all men abandoning the one who come to save humanity, rejected by the very people who were supposed to welcome Him with open hands who instead shower Him with hatred, shameful abuse, and all kinds of evil, which He endured so that all may have everlasting life, it has always given me hope that if GOD can love us enough to give us His Son then truly we can also find redemption, peace of heart and all that we may need in the will of God.
