I was deeply touched by 'My Beloved'. I was struck by the sincerity of the author as he described his youth and his grappling to deal with with what Jesus taught in contrast to what the world valued. This was writing that was doctrinally profound and also real practically, unashamed to proclaim its love of Jesus, and giving proof of sincerity through the author's struggles to honor our Lord which was reciprocated by our Lord in being given ever increasing light . We have nothing to be afraid of by being honest, "for perfect love casts out fear", "grace does much more abound" and "the path of the righteous is as the dawning light,
This book is written is such a manner that reveals how the true character of our Loving Father is NOT a murderer - yet how the seed of deception/murder is in our hearts. For those who honestly struggle with the language of the Old testament in light of the gentle and loving nature of Jesus who provided this statement of clarity: "If you have seen me, you have seen the Father" - this book is a MUST read! The perspective revealed completely destroys the prevailing errors that are sounded throughout Christian pulpits today. There is a huge blessing to be found. PERFECT Love casts out all fear, and with the 'time of trouble' just before us, we need to cast out all fear.
